SRS board meeting on July 22nd, 2006

We would like to add following to the agenda for board meeting on July 22nd, 2006

1. Previous Agenda Reference Letter 1/2006 For the meeting of May 20^th 2006
2. Office Keys: Access to the SRS Office should be provided to all the board members and there should be a regulation on who has the office keys. Proper accountability on all keys who has them and for what reason.
3. Resolution to consult all board members before issuing news letter for SRS.
4. Know your rights forum” in association with Sikh American Legal Defense and Education Fund (SALDEF) to be organized in September or October.
5. Update on Request to organize Youth festival in Late 2007.
6. Regulation that no one should be allowed to sit and Gossip in the SRS office when Devan is in progress other than the SRS employees or Board members working at that time. Food serving of any kind should be allowed only in the Langar hall not in the office.
7. Schedule for the Next General Body meeting for the year 2006 as scheduled General body meeting on July 9^th 2006 was declared invalid by the SRS President.
8. 2007 Schedule for organizing different events and total budget allocation for these events.
9. Landscaping Design funds allocation
10. Update on Renovation of existing building permits and bids.
