Agenda for May 20th Board Meeting

We would like to add following to the agenda for board meeting on May 20, 2206

1. Up-date Finance and Exec record handing / taking over to new board 2006-08 [please provide us a copy].
2. 2004-06 finance and executive records handing over to Internal audit, record and legal issue committee to follow the constitution.
3. Handing /Taking over safe deposit vault keys.
4. Up-date internal and external finance audit report as per constitution to follow IRS rule and regulations.
5. Up-date for maintaining record of ex-advisory committee members since April, 1998.
6. Construction up-date. Funds, Loan Update with details of what type of loan and monthly mortgage payments contract completed / pending, bids, project completed, running, future planned.
7. Building maintenance estimate for 2006-07. Current maintenance issues.
8. SRS E-mail excess to all trustees.
9. SRS media coordinator should be SRS trustee and last SRS press release.
10. Illegal appointment of Mr. Harjit Singh Bath as CIC member.
11. Up-date last SRS news letter and April 2004 News Letter.
12. Up-date SRS real estate properties.
13. Programs to bring children back to Gurdwara Sahib which include Starting big khalsa little khalsa, and teaching how tie a turban.
14. If we can give set up a room for senior services & community needs with a bulletin board.
15. Proper facility for the visitors to stay at the Gurdawara sahib.
16. Action taken on various letters given to the Presdent.

Wrong Appointment to the Constitution Implementation Committee

Current management and their friends appointed one for their friends to CIC in SRS Palatine. This was totally wrongful and unconstitutional in accordance to SRS constitution. Memos, petitions and letters were given them but they totally refused to listen on this topic.

When all the office bearers are supposed to come to the CIC via election how can they appoint someone without even contesting election?
